- review of medical history
- appropriate complete physical medical examination
- vaccine review and immunity titers update
- Tb testing
- completion of all documentation
PREPARATION:
- bring all pertinent forms and all medications with you
- price of most common work and school exam is $100,
- each followup visit if needed (Tb read or vaccination list resubmission) is $50
